I was hesitant to buy another tool

Should be able to give no stars

My item was never delivered. The delivery company have said it was left in my porch - I DON'T HAVE A PORCH and neither does any of the other houses on my road. They said I need to chase the delivery company -I've tried time and again without success. They then ignore my emails, haven't given a refund (or replacement) and keep sending me emails asking how happy I am with the product. I don't know, because I never received it!
