My experience was extremely disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I bought a styler as a present for my partner and paid extra for express delivery, but it took nearly two weeks to arrive. When it finally did, the box was damaged, which was particularly disappointing since it was intended as a gift. I reached out to customer services and initially received a prompt reply, which I appreciated. I followed up as instructed with photos. However, after that, communication slowed down considerably. While I realize it might be a busy time, it was frustrating to witness such a disparity in response times, making me feel that my complaint was not valued. I have now submitted three complaints in total. One was dismissed, and I'm still awaiting responses to the other two.

No entiendo por quΓ© todos dicen que es increΓ­ble. Es muy ruidoso, las planchas no alisan, y el cepillo no aporta volumen. Lo ΓΊnico que me gusta es el rizador. He vuelto a usar mi secador anterior y comprΓ© unas nuevas planchas. OjalΓ‘ no hubiera perdido mi tiempo.

Extremely disappointed with this product.

I would rate this a zero if possible. The product sat unused in its box for a few months before I decided to try it. The first use went fine; it dried and styled my hair without any problems. However, during the second use, it made a strange noise while drying my hair and then began to emit a strong smell of smoke. The odor was so intense that my husband, who has health issues, had to sleep in a different room. I reached out to the support team to explain the situation and requested a refund. They asked for a recording of the issue, which I was reluctant to provide since it clearly appeared to be damaged and still smelled of smoke. Nevertheless, I filmed it, but it didn't even turn on during the recording and then started to smoke! You would think this would guarantee a refund, but instead, I was offered a credit note. I expressed my lack of trust in their products and found other negative reviews detailing similar issues. Eventually, I was told to return the item to an address in another country. Don't be fooled by the misleading branding; this is a poorly made product that poses potential risks. If you've had no issues with yours, consider yourself fortunate. They have not responded to my request for a refund, and I want to warn others to avoid wasting their money.

Confusing Checkout Process and Poor Customer Service

I accidentally ordered an extra case due to the confusing checkout setup, but the support team conveniently waited two days before responding to my email, after my order was supposedly dispatched! They offered a 10% discount to keep the case, which was useless. When my order arrived, the case was damaged in one corner, and despite opting for their 'transit insurance,' they have ignored my two emails regarding a refund. Extremely unprofessional serviceβ€”do not trust them, it's a SCAM!

Misleading Delivery Charges

I was charged Β£4.99 for β€œnext day delivery,” but the item was clearly being shipped from overseas, likely through a drop-shipper. It's impossible to fulfill next-day delivery when the product isn't even in the country. Promoting a next-day service that can't be delivered is deceptive, and adding a general shipping disclaimer doesn't make it right. If a company charges for a premium delivery option, it should either fulfill it or refund the fee. After discussing with other customers who faced the same issue, it seems this isn't just a one-off problem. We are now preparing to file a formal complaint due to the possibly fraudulent nature of these delivery claims. I strongly recommend others to be cautious when ordering, especially if they are paying extra for delivery services that might not be genuine.

Disappointed After a Second Purchase

I would have rated this higher, but after making a second purchase because I was so pleased with my first, I faced issues. I ordered a gift for my daughter to open on Christmas, anticipating delivery delays. Unfortunately, I never received the second order, which may have been lost, stolen, or damaged. Despite having insurance on both orders, I’ve been struggling with the company for a replacement or refund. Although I received some responses, it feels like they are just prolonging the process, and now I’m being ignored. It seems I’ve lost both my money and my packages. Please be cautious!

Somewhat disappointing experience

The experience has been quite fragmented, and I noticed I was charged twice for the VIP add-on. The product feels a bit flimsy and I worry it might break if dropped. Additionally, it took a long time to arrive. While it's an acceptable product for the price, I've found other options that deliver better results, so I may consider switching back to a different brand.

Damaged delivery and missing items - very disappointing

Order arrived with damaged packaging. The two storage boxes were completely deformed and unusable. Additionally, some items were missing from my order. I reached out to the support team about returning the items for a refund, but the cost to send them back is exorbitant. I won't be doing that. I do not trust the company and would advise others to steer clear. This was meant to be a gift for my children, and I am very disappointed considering all the excessive promotions. Definitely avoid.

Poor quality and lack of response

The quality was awful, the box arrived damaged, and the case for the hair items was completely misshapen, making it impossible to fit together properly. I have emailed multiple times regarding the return process but have received no response. I feel like I’ve been tricked into purchasing subpar and damaged products.

Extremely disappointing product. It feels flimsy and has a burning smell. I reached out for a return since they offer a 60-day guarantee, but they only offered a 10% refund. I was instructed to send it back to an address in another country due to issues with their local address. Their website lists a London address that appears to be a residential building. It feels like a complete scam. I advise against purchasing from them. They also blocked me on social media for sharing an honest review, as many of the reviews seem fake. I'm looking to escalate this with consumer protection.
