Ordered this in November and although it took a few weeks to arrive, I am so happy with it. People have complained about the packaging, but you just throw that away anyway and store in a soft bag. My only gripe is that i wanted to ask a question about it and apparently they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Cannot access the website and emails bounce back. Such a shame.

Terrible experience with my order

I placed an order for a 5 in 1 air styler in December 2025, and it was dispatched quickly. However, I was inundated with emails from the company claiming to track my item for me. By January, the tracking indicated that the item had been returned to sender without ever leaving China. Since then, I've been unable to get any response from the company, whether by email or through their social media. It's quite disappointing. I can't request a replacement or a refund because the company is ignoring all my attempts to reach out. I would advise against spending your money with this service.

Disappointed with the case purchase

I received a 5 in 1 hairstyle tool for Christmas from my husband and chose to buy the accompanying case. Unfortunately, the case feels inexpensive and the compartments don't match the description provided. I've reached out multiple times for assistance but have yet to receive a response.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service

My daughter and I placed separate orders and chose next day delivery, but it took weeks for our items to arrive. When they finally did, both packages were damaged, which is unacceptable since they were meant as gifts. I've reached out multiple times, but the support team has ignored all my messages. Terrible experience with this service.

Terrible experience with this service. I ordered an item for a Christmas gift three weeks ago, and it only arrived today, shipped from overseas instead of the expected location. They retained my payment information, and now I'm unexpectedly enrolled as a VIP member with a monthly fee. I had to notify my bank to cancel this, which forced me to change my card just days before Christmas... very disappointing.
