They sent my order to wrong house but said it was delivered they sent a picture of the door it was delivered To it had no door number and no delivery sticker was visible on the package plus my door is white not brown as i sent a picture of me and my door they said it might of been delivered to neighbours house on and on with different things for me to check no help at allDO NOT BUY just in case
The service was great and the hoodie i purchased was lovely. The message and importance of this cause, really means alot to me. I think your company and what it stands for is amazing, and so important to shed light on mental health issues.
I love my hoodie I wear it with pride the size I got was a 5xl and it is big that’s how I like it baggy very friendly service always getting emails thanking me for buying and checking to see if I am ok great customer service well done
Just want to thank you for a great experience!! Having struggled this year with my Mums death and being out of work due to mental health issues caused by it, it was beautiful to see a video which really highlighted the fact that nobody knows what someone else is going through!! WHAT A MESSAGE AND GREAT IDEA!!! The qaulity is superb and the service brilliant, we were kept up to date with delivery status and when delivery was taking too long, I got an email apologising for it!!!
