This is a complete scam. I have serious doubts that any of the money given to this seller is actually supporting any cause. You may receive your clothing eventually, but overall, it's a total rip-off. I regret not doing my research before making a purchase.
After going through the reviews post-order, I was bracing myself for a scam, but to my surprise, a hoodie arrived within 8 to 10 business days. It fits perfectly and meets the quality I anticipated. The design is nice, and the feel and fit of the clothing are pleasant. However, the charitable aspect of the company raises some doubts, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
I lost my wife to suicide four years ago and wanted to support a worthy cause, so I bought three hoodies and three t-shirts for myself and my two daughters. However, when they finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. It feels like this organization is exploiting a noble cause to take advantage of well-meaning individuals. The quality of the products is very poor, and I doubt any of us will ever wear them unless it's for decoration. To anyone considering a purchase, please think carefully before falling into the same trap. Shame on you, Live2Live.
As someone dealing with mental health challenges, I truly connected with the concept of these hoodies. However, the quality is quite lacking, and they also enroll you in a subscription for an app. If you forget to cancel, they charge £13 monthly, which can easily be overlooked when you're struggling. It feels like they're taking advantage of those with mental health issues. I won't be making another purchase from this seller.
This service has made numerous mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE; consider other options. I ordered three different colors but received three of the same color instead. I had to pay for shipping again due to their error to get the other two colors. Even though all three were labeled the same size, it was clear that the sizes were very different when I compared them, yet they refused to issue a refund. While waiting, I ordered a zipper hoodie but received the wrong color and size, resulting in additional charges for both the item and shipping. I never received the first hoodie or the two zippers I paid for. When I requested a refund, I only got about $8 back for the two zippers I never received. Out of fear of further issues, I changed my bank account. PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE; THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS ONLINE. YOU WILL SPEND A LOT OF MONEY AND RECEIVE NOTHING!
I ordered 4 hoodies on the 10th of December and paid £16 for shipping. However, the hoodies, which were dispatched on the 12th, didn't arrive until the 30th. It would have cost less than £5 for tracked 24 delivery, as they arrived in a plastic postal bag that should have cost a maximum of 75p. The sizing is absurd; my 17-year-old son could wear the large as a dress. The hoodies are primarily made of nylon and are of very poor quality. While they are wide, they are extremely short in the body, making them look ridiculous. I was hoping to support a meaningful mental health-focused business, but instead, we've been misled into purchasing cheap, low-quality hoodies, making a 'charitable donation' without any evidence, and paying three times the actual shipping cost. I strongly advise against buying this product; it feels like a scam.
I ordered a jumper that hasn’t arrived yet, but I noticed a payment had been deducted from my account, along with an extra £13 charge. I panicked, thinking my account was compromised. After several unanswered emails, I discovered an unknown subscription. I’m very anxious now. My bank blocked future payments and assured me I could get a refund. While I may not receive the jumper, at least my account should be secure. I'm really let down by this situation.
