Don't understand some of the negative reviews

I ordered 3 hoodies and a t-shirt. I thought the quality was good. The hoodies are very soft and washed well. No pilling. Everytime I wear them they are conversation starters which I think is important. I thought it was a charity too but I'm not really bothered by it because the message on the shirt is what it's about for me. It did seem to take a really long time to be delivered. I got a review request before I received the product. I emailed them about it and they emailed me back apologizing for the mistake.

Rubbish hoodie

Received the hoodie, absolutely rubbish and will probably shrink 2 sizes in the wash! Completely different from those show in the adverts. Don’t waste your money and give it directly to charity rather than these charlatans!

It’s a great concept but poor quality

It’s a great concept but poor quality, shipped direct from China and I’d be surprised if any money does go to supporting the cause. I’d send it back but they won’t refund you in full so no point! Try And find the original Company and order Direct from them.Wish I had seen these reviews first!!

Asked 3 times for a refund pre-dispatch and they won't refund.

I ordered and 10 minutes later I emailed to cancel after checking trust pilot and seeing the awful things about this company - stealing and lying and cheap products. They say they charge a 5% cancellation fee which is illegal before the item has been dispatched. I've so far asked 3 times for a refund and they just keep sending me begging emails to keep the order. I will update with what they say in the next email. Update: they finally agreed to the refund but have charged me 5% fee despite saying they wouldn't in a previous email. Absolute shambles of a company, I'll be taking it up with my bank.

Very poor quality. Fraudulent company

I ordered a pull over hoodie, a t shirt and a zip up hoodie. Only the zip up has arrived and the quality of it is disgusting. Nasty cheap nylon that I'm sure is illegal in the UK due to it's inflammable nature. The label claims it is a cotton/poly content but that is absolute rubbish. The entire make up is very poor. Stitching is puckered, seams not lined up, there are raw edges exposed, no overlocking etc etc. This company is beyond disgusting, making money by pretending to care about vulnerable people. Nowhere on their site does it state the items come from China and take weeks to arrive, if they arrive at all.I will be taking this item to trading standards as I believe it is a fire hazard.
