Live2Live - Awful Customer Service

I ordered a hoodie which arrived and I tried on on immediately. It was too small so I sent a message via the Live2Live website asking how to return the item. They do not offer this at source you have to request it from them. After two days of trying via the website I emailed them and have done so every day since. I have still to receive a reply. For a company that claims to care about mental health to treat customer like this is shameful. Do not buy anything from this company. They are simply interested in make profit not the well being or others or their customers. The money you would have spent give to a local metal health group near you. They will be very grateful and the money will help those in need not line the pockets of Live2Live. If I could give zero stars I would!

Cheap poor quality DO NOT BUY!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying (my bad) so disappointing the hoodie took so long to arrive - from China and the quality is just shocking the material is so cheap I should have given my £38 directly to charity instead

Feeling good

Hi,Just Like to drop a Little thank you, I bought 3 large T-shirts (a bit baggy should have got 1 in medium) I wore one for the first time last night while visiting my friend in hospital, while having a coffee in the cafe a woman (total stranger) came up to me and said she loved the words on the back and made her happy, it made me feel good also,ThanksJohnny in Frankfurt

Quality fine for price but no charitable status.

Found the hoodies and T shirts true to size. Price ( with discount) reasonable and quality not an issue. Have washed my hoodie several times and honestly no issues. No shrinkage , colour maintained and no pilling. From this I’mpleased with it. Positive comments from strangers when I’ve worn it out. However, my Bestie cited the lack of actual donations that go to the cause. I reviewed the site and felt totally conned. It’s not a charity…. I personally have been affected by the trauma of mental health in others and as a trained mental health professional very disappointed. Partly my own fault for not checking it out fully.

Sizing for midgets and took ages to arrive from China which means it probably cost about 20p to make. Charge a lot for postage but apparently I can have a free one as the size is rubbish. Sounds good but the t-shirts are so small it will be more wasted money. Dont buy from these parasites. The message may be good but the product is garbage - just donate to a mental health charity and not bother buying from this company.

Sadly I didn't read the reviews …

Sadly I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I saw someone in the sweatshirt from a distance and loved the sentiment. So when it popped up on facebook (odd as I'd simply read the statement aloud when I saw it) I ordered without a second thought. Terrible quality, not sure the lettering will survive a wash and material is horrible. I feel misled - cheap product with no assurance of charity support. One star for getting anything at all (eventually). Second star simply because the message on the sweatshirt may help someone when I wear it.
