I purchased two hoodies. They arrived and they are nothing as they describe cheap polyester. Contacted them to request to return and get a refund as they advertise that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied with the purchase. I have had many emails back and forth and now they are not replying at all. Don't buy, it is a fantastic concept but just a shame the company does not live up to it.
Just received the two hoodies I purchased almost 3 weeks ago. While I love the message behind it, the hoodies look and feel cheap. Not at all like what is pictured on the website. My husband looked at it and called it "shiny" This now feels more like a fast-fashion gimmick than mindfully produced apparel.
Ordered the hoodie and t-shirt as I like the message. Didn’t realise it would come from China and take so long.Must say the quality is very low, the hoodie is at least 70% polyester and the t-shirt very thin. Think there are better ways of supporting this message without the high delivery costs.
Awful, cheap garment - 70% polyester/30% cotton. Cannot abide the feel of it so will be unable to wear it. The lettering looks designed to melt off in a cool wash. Straight back in the bag and heading to the local charity shop. Imported from China. Company showing in Gov.UK with a UK correspondence address but run by one director, Mr Chung, an American who lives in USA. Do not waste your money on this product. I have another sweatshirt I bought from a different company. Much better quality and 70% cotton. So much more bearable and wearable.
My barista actually gave me a free coffee after reading my Live2Live shirt! Said it made her emotional in a good way. The material has a nice weight to it - not flimsy like most message tees. I've spotted two other people wearing them since I got mine which feels like joining a secret positive club.
I love my hoodie, the Live2Live team are absolutely incredible. I has a small issue and I was expecting a battle but they were fabulous and helped me out free of any charges. I actually felt like a customer should, listened to, heard, valued and respected. I will certainly be a return customer 5 stars all day long
