AVOID this is a complete SCAM. I ordered garden pots they charged me for a VIP program I had not requested.Having charged my credit card they state I have to redeem a voucher, is this further trickery?I sent 5 emails just an automated reply.Yes this stinks DEFINITELY AVOID

Purchased and paid for a Peppa Pig Colouring Pen set in February 2023 plus postage. It never arrived. I have been trying to solve this problem via WhatsApp. I have emailed the company of purchase who never replied. Very disappointed as nothing has been done.

Avoid at all costs

If there were a button for zero stars I would have pressed it. Ordered an item before Xmas it never arrived so I was given a credit to spend on something else. Placed an order for another item and this has also failed to arrive. Currently in a dispute with the company as they have issued a credit voucher which I have refused as I want a full refund as they can’t deliver what they promise Avoid at all costs

Robin hood's stole my money for invisible goods

What went wrong!! That's ripe I ordered a double bed mattress on February taken the money from my clearpay account £84 never got refunded I wouldn't trust this company should be shut down it's a scam don't touch it with a barge poll it's a con they rob you plus they don't acknowledge your complaints either don't recommend this living social to anyone.

Avoid- damaged goods!

Ordered a spice rack. Came totally smashed. Took pictures and emailed them…. Nothing. No communication. I’ve ended up with an item which is now in the bin as I have no way of sending it back and no way of a refund…… DONT USE!!!!

Never again very bad experience I order a doorbell with camera dated 10-febuary -23 after pay receive an email receipt after that No communication until waiting 20-march-23 I started to wonder whats going on my order. Email them again and again telling me about stupid VOUCHER which is I don't understand.. I don't want a VOUCHER I told them I want my money fully refund I am not interesting the item anymore.. again they keep saying about VOUCHER...I never ever have an bad nightmare experience like this. BIG NO!NO!

My voucher had been redeemed and I have sorted out payment through PayPal. Postage dealt with too. However, the 3rd party seller has yet to contact me and LivingSocial still think my voucher has not been redeemed and keep sending a reminder about that. I cannot find a way to specifically escalate or advance my purchase. Very unprofessional.
