Review Time
I think everyone needs to give these guys a break. This product is in massive demand just now (try getting them in B&Q) and Loftstilts is by far the cheapest. They must be overwhelmed with orders. Mine arrived today, 23/9, ordered on 11/9. Same as everyone else, promised next day, no communication but I suspect they just can’t cope. It’s NOT a scam, be patient and the order arrives.
I was going to write the worst review ever but things have changed so ordered on 9 sept on one day tracked delivery I was expecting it the next day obviously but no response after the next few days I contacted them nothing on the side but it did show that it was coming so after a bit I contacted them again no response again I had waited as long I could putting another email to say it was a scam and I was going to report them and then it arrived the very next day what I do have to say is that the product itself is exceptional so I would say if you need these order a month in advance because they are are really well made for the price I do believe there is a supply issue on the side if this is fixed this will be one of the best loft legs companies out there and I do hope you can fix this as they will become a very successful company
This company is in administration. They will not ship your order and will NOT tell you they cannot fulfil your order until you contact them.I waited a week, no delivery update so contacted them. They explained they had run out of stock and will let me know when they can ship. I requested an immediate refund and they did so.

Ordered first time no problems. Ordered some more not arrived, no communication and no way to get hold of them. Email standard response, telephone answer phone and no call back. Online chatbox no comms.Feeling nervous spend nearly 300 pounds paid by Mastercard debit so lesson learnt for future.Goods have now arrived and after 2 weeks, even though they stated following day. I am concerned about sending them back and getting my money back as i can not communicate with them. Hence upgraded by 1 star to 2 as i did receive the stilts.
After ordering and very poor communication I realised the company was in administration. Like others this made me feel very anxious especially considering you cannot get through to anyone, I tried every contact method, it took around a week to fulfil the order, but one day I had a notification they were dispatched. The product is very cheap compared to B&Q so the stress was worthwhile in the end.
EDIT 27/10/22: I received an email from the company offering to send the stilts or a refund. I opted for the refund simply because I've made do without the stilts for now and packed the loft. So the rumour that they have gone into administration is unfounded. Slow to respond but at least genuinely trying to fulfill orders. I may reorder them in the new year.I haven't received my loft stilts since I ordered a month ago. I emailed but had no response, called but no one picked up or returned my call and went onto 'chat' but no one responded. Have they gone into administration? I can't see them listed on the gov website. There are many companies with similar names. I checked the address and the company Birmingham Innovations Ltd are registered at that address. They're not listed as being in administration, however they do sell the loft stilts. I tried calling their delivery department, no answer, and their sales department, no answer. Something is definitely awry. I will happily update my review if my loft stilts appear. It saddens me to think that the recent energy prices might have pushed companies like this over the edge. So I'm really hoping all is well and the loft stilts turn up. I first ordered from them in March and had fantastic service. What a shame.
Ordered from this company last week expectIng their “next day tracked delivery” … nothing arrived last week. It’s now coming towards the end of the second week and surprise surprise, still nothing. I need them this weekend!I’ve tried calling, emailing and using their online chat, no response at all. I’ve now emailed to cancel the order and am buying them from B&Q instead. Fingers crossed they see that email, looking at the other reviews I’m half expecting them to turn up next month and I’ll then have the joy of trying to send them back.Wish I had read the other reviews first, could have saved myself a lot of trouble!
