The loft stilts arrived in lightweight, easy-to-handle packaging, making it simple to move them into the loft space. They were easy to install, and the provided screws were quick to use. The product descriptions on the website were accurate and helpful for planning. There was enough flexibility to accommodate slightly misaligned older roof joists.
If I had read the reviews on Trustpilot first, I probably would not have ordered from this company. However, the price was the best on the internet, and whilst it is obvious that some people have had problems with delivery. My experience was next day delivery, so I have no complaints. There is a big difference between the Trustpilot and Amazon reviews. I don't think anyone is complaining about the product itself, so you will have to make your own mind up as to whether next day delivery and customer service response justify the extra expense of a different supplier. I don't think many of the reviews suggest that the product is never delivered
The stilts themselves are reasonably priced. I’ve not checked the quality as they are still boxed Customer service is lacking no communication with the company is possible. Phone number goes to answer phone and and no replies from the web chat. I didn’t email them. Delivery is not next day I ordered these for me to use after Christmas. I had read other reviews and wasn’t expecting it to be. However B&Q, Screwfix didn’t have them in stock and were more expensive anyway. I ordered mine Tuesday and I received them the following Wednesday so just over a week.
Having ordered before reading the reviews I was quite nervous finding so many poor reviews and some claiming it was a scam. I don’t doubt some people may have had a bad experience.However, I can only review on my experience of ordering from this company. I ordered on Friday expecting next day delivery but then read the other reviews. Next day delivery is unlikely to happen(website needs updating). I agree it is not easy to contact anyone at the company.My order was delivered in full the following Thursday. The product is good and will do the job to raise the loft floor to allow additional insulation to be installed. In conclusion if you want next day delivery order elsewhere but if you’re ok waiting for delivery they were the cheapest price I could find on the internet.
