**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY**I ordered 96 loft stilts from here and expected next-day delivery, as promised. Ten days later, the order hasn't even been despatched. The phone line goes straight to voicemail, they don't respond to emails and their online chat goes unanswered. If they haven't gone bust already, I really hope they do - this certainly isn't the way a legitimate company conducts itself.

Do not use. Scam. They don't respond

Order on Monday evening. Got an instant email confirming my order, evening hot it attached to my shop app so I could monitor delivery. Should of been next day. Nothing.tried calling, emailing using the online Web chat. I had one auto response from an email That was it, phone doesn't even ring straight to voicemail. Onto the bank to try and get my money back. Clever site as most would order the loft package under £100 so you'll struggle to claim it back under section 75 .

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful company to deal with. I 100% would not recommend anyone deal with them. When you have a problem they do not respond. Noone answers the phone. They do not accept returns.

Avoid at all costs

AVOID - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ORGANISATION! Ordered 96x stilts for customers job, specifically used Loft Stilts as stated next day/fast delivery for quick customer job. No delivery after 4 days and no replies to emails, calls, web chat chasing when they would arrive. Calls go straight to answerphone and nobody responds, emails go unanswered, web chat states we' reply immediately' but the quickest response I got was 4 hours. I cancelled the order on day 5 via web chat which was agreed by them (even stated they'll arrange a refund), and procured an alternative which was readily available. Day 9 got a message to say my order had been dispatched, Day 10 products arrived. Now they want me to to return them at my cost for a refund and they will charge me £5 return fee!

Unfortunately ordered before reading…

Unfortunately ordered before reading the reviews. 5 days delivery quoted....its now 10 days. I emails them 4 days ago and have only had an automatic response. I have given them until 21/9 and will them start the cancelling process, followed by legal action. If they communicate and delivery the order, I'll update my review. As promised...here's my update. I never received a reply to me email but I did receive my order on 24 Sept. Thank you Loft Stilts.

Avoid - bad customer service

Still waiting on dispatch, they don't respond, I wish I'd checked on here first, got a dispute open with PayPal now but have to wait 20 days annoyingly and then if that fails I'll have to try my bank.Edit - They have now refunded my order but still didn't have any update on why it wasn't dispatched or replied within a good timeframe, the product might be fine but I'd rather not take the risk

Updated Avoid - unless you’re patient

Despite the below - they arrived the next day!? Extra star given but still poor.Avoid, I don't think it is scam - just a crap business. Like others I ordered waiting for next day. Emailed and called with no reply and feared the worst when I found these reviews. I reported them to CC company to get a refund. I then got an email with a delivery date and tracking number. The next day I got this email -"Hi! I hope you're doing great!We regret that we are unable to send the Loft Storage Stilts you ordered from us. The demand for this popular item has exceeded our expectations and our new stock that arrived last week has depleted. However, the supplier promises to deliver more of the loft storage stilts as soon as possible. Please advise us whether you want to cancel your order or have us hold your payment and ship the Stilts when it becomes available. We apologize for this inconvenience.Hope to hear from you soon!Kind Regards ,Camille JavernickCustomer Service Representative "

I too have been conned

I too have been conned, ordered on 29th August 2022 took my £74.99 straight away with confirmation email saying will email again once dispatched. 1 week later unable to call, no response to emails and no goods received. Absolutely disgusting. I've now raised claim through credit card for refund.
