They still do not have items in stock but take your money and dont bother to tell you! they dont reply to email and dont answer phone. I was lucky and someone on webchat confirmed they dont have stock as wanted to drive over and collect. I have asked for a refund, lets hope it is processed?
Ordered stilts for next day delivery as per website. No contact from them, no delivery?? Called after a few days, straight to voicemail. Emailed and finally got a response, 'we've run out of stock, do you want to cancel?'... Yes please, I'll get them elsewhere. 2 days later after finding them locally, email from them, your stilts are on the way??? Email again (phone straight to voicemail again) oh OK, refuse delivery and we'll refund you when they get back here. Waited, emailed twice more for refund. Ignored both times. Complained through PayPal and refund received within 2 days. Shabby service, definitely don't recommend.
Just had a refund through PayPal. I had to open a case with them. You can't get through to this company by telephone and they dont reply to emails. I managed to get a reply through the chat button and was informed there were no stock for my order and did I want to wait for more stock to arrive with no guarantee when or cancel the order which I did but meanwhile I received a refund from PayPal and the case was closed. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS !! When were they going to tell me my order wasn't in stock if I hadn't contacted them and would be still sat here waiting for my "Next day 'delivery", absolute joke.
I wish I had read the other reviews on Trustpilot before placing my order. My experience to date is very familiar to other reviewers, wondering about purchase made. Simply terrible lack of response from this company is nothing less than shocking. I placed my order on the 6th of February for 256 stilts, money taken and confirmation received by Loft Stilts. 'Next day delivery if order placed before 14:30', on their website, hah, what a joke.And then all communication stopped, daily calls at various times never answered or messages left responded to. 5 e-mails sent and still nothing from them. Online chat doesn't even respond. Also downloaded their suggested tracking system App 'Shop', just as useless as them.Today as I write this is the 14th of February!The only option left is to have my bank revoke payment and report this lot to trading standards.Don't let the lower prices or drivel on website lure you into making a purchase!Just try calling or e-mailing them first!Buyers beware!
Even you got the order confirmation by email, but the promised delivery date and time didn’t exist because they don’t have stock indeed and this is very likely a scam company.But I can still luckily get my refund after I sent an email requesting to cancel my order and asking for refund with warning that if I couldn't get the refund I would report to the authority.
Absolutely disgusting company.Ordered on the pretence of next day delivery, one full week later they have not arrived.3 emails ignored and the contact number goes straight to a mailbox.Ended logging a complaint with credit card company for the parcel to suddenly be shipped with no way of cancellation.SCAM COMPANY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Ordered some stilts via the online store. Waited 6 days and no product arrived even though the site states next day tracked delivery.You can't get through on the phone.Used the chat system and was first advised that our delivery slot had been booked and they were being collected. I then requested when can I expect to receive the delivery and I was then advised there was no stock???? Why they don't just email their customers or update their site to advise of the stock level is beyond me.On the chat they have promised me a refund within 3 business days.
