SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.I purchased item based on the next day tracked delivery promise. Paid via PayPal for added protection. And thank god I did. Item wasn't dispatched for next day, despite ordering before 230pm. The phone number on the website doesn't ring. Their online chat is just someone offering apologises and no resolution to any questions or problems. 4 days later still waiting for the item to be dispatched. So I asked to cancel the order and a full refund. They advised they don't offer refunds through PayPal. Which is how I paid and therefore the only way it can be refunded. Kept getting excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't refund. So I've had no option but to open a PayPal case. Do NOT buy from this company. Total and utter scam. Buyer beware. Wish I had checked trustpilot before I purchased as seems I'm not the only one who has had this issue.
Poor customer service. Literally non existent. Might save you 20 quid on a bundle but god knows when you will receive them. Next day delivery is not true. Have been delayed twice but the ‘company’. Fraudulent company. Dont bother wasting your time.
