My online order didn't go through properly on your system, yet I was charged for the furniture. So I had endless contact with customer service to rectify this. The company also messed up my delivery due to their failure to contact me to arrange it. As such, the delivery was late and impacted plans to have it ready for Christmas. It was a lot of work end to end for me as a customer to keep chasing this issue. However, happy with the furniture but unlikely to experience this hassle with Love Furniture.ie again.
I purchased 3 mattresses from Love Furniture and am really pleased with the products. Comms and delivery teams were excellent to deal with and I’d like to give a shout out to Zain in particular who understood the urgency and went above and beyond in order to get the items to me super quick. Overall an excellent experience.

Wasn’t given accurate delivery information. Paid for installation. Bits were missing I drove around to try and get the missing pieces to be fobbed off, ghosted and lied to. The upstairs in my house is a hazard with the included pieces of unbuilt furniture and no reply from company! Avoid!!
