Extremely Disappointed – Poor After-Sales Service!! 👎👎I am extremely disappointed with Love Furniture and their after-sales service. I have been waiting nearly four months for a resolution, with no clear outcome in sight.I ordered a Jupiter mid sleeper bed and paid extra for installation. During installation, I immediately noticed that the study desk attached to the mid sleeper was defective. I brought this to the assembler’s attention on the spot and also took photos, which were reported to the Love Furniture team. I was assured the desk would be replaced within two weeks.Unfortunately, weeks turned into months with no updates or communication. I had to repeatedly call customer service, and every time I spoke to a different representative who had no knowledge of my case. Instead of the company proactively updating me, I was constantly chasing them for answers.A few weeks before Christmas, after repeated calls, the desk was finally collected and I was told it would be fixed and returned shortly. Days before Christmas, two delivery staff returned claiming the desk was repaired. When I checked it myself, the defect was still there. When questioned, they assured me they would return after New Year’s to fix it properly and left the desk sitting in my hallway.Fast forward to today, the desk is still in my hallway, still defective, and I am once again left chasing Love Furniture for updates. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is shocking. This experience has shown very poor customer service and extremely disappointing after-sales support.I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no choice at this point. I want other customers to be aware of how issues are handled once payment has been made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Love Furniture. 👎👎
I ordered a sofa and a mattress from Love Furniture and was really impressed. The prices were very affordable, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Delivery was free and arrived on time, and the team was very helpful when I had a question. Will definitely shop here again!
I was very impressed with SN, who delivered and assembled two 6-door wardrobes for me. He was extremely professional and polite throughout, and his workmanship was excellent. Everything was completed to a high standard, and he left the space spotless afterwards. I would highly recommend the services of this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Nomz who was the salesperson was also very helpful.
Please be aware when purchasing from this company, tries to scam with refundsBought a wardrobe from love furniture and have it assembled here by ourselves. With experience in other company furniture assemblies the experience I had putting this together was dreadfulThe fixtures are not strong enough, the wood is just cheap ply that chips with just the lightest of force.My problem was coming to the refund side of things.I opened a case with PayPal to get my full refund back and have them collect this wardrobe off me. Love furniture was not getting back to me at all, ignoring all my messages and calls and once I got someone, they were offering these stupid deals saying they’ll refund 50 euros, then 60 then 75. It was like a haggling game.They then asked to cancel the PayPal case and then they’ll process a full refund. In which I did. They then came back to me asking that I’d to pay a 220 restocking fee and 60 collection fee with a 100 euros refund.I had no comeback with PayPal as I had closed the cases prior as they stated they’d fully refund.In the end I had to threaten them that I would come up to their place in Antrim. They wouldn’t get back to me when saying they would. So if anyone is in this situation keep threatening them that you will come up to there warehouse with the stuff and dump it there. The total amount of phone calls to try resolve this is up on 60, in the space of 4 days.
