Absolutely appalled by the service received so far. Booked a holiday and added one piece of hold luggage between two adults and checked that it was added before booking. Cost for this went up by £50 per person which we were happy to pay. When we went to check over the booking confirmation which we received the following day it mentioned zero luggage. Called to query this and was told that I didn’t add this to the booking and when I queried the £50 per person increase I was told that this was a price fluctuation and they couldn’t tell me what it was for. I will be taking this to trading standards and also ABTA as we have since had to fork out additional money to add on luggage with airlines direct. Would not recommend booking with Love holidays as we feel like we have been ripped off. Beware when booking and I would highly recommend you take screenshots prior to booking for your own protection
