The process of booking with the company was great. The prices and options are clear and in our case provided exceptional value. Everything went very smoothly, transfers were waiting for our delayed flight which was great. However, a star is lost as communication fell down when we were notified that our flight would be so delayed it would miss the connecting flight back to London. Rang loveholidays to be told to ring the airline and then told by the airline that all communication had to go through the travel agent! On holiday assistance was great to begin with but no actual assistance was provided. Ruined the final day of the holiday stressing about what will happen. Promised a call from the flight team that never materialized. In the end the connecting flight was also delayed so we were able to catch it. Moral of the story is to hope that nothing goes wrong.
The fact that you have been really good to me since my trips to Cyprus and delivered what it says on the tin about Paphos and my hotel all true to the words and pictures not like my first holiday I booked with u to Spain in 2018 which wasn't that great.So keep it up as you haven't let me down yet on anything however I do wish you would do discount codes for people who use your website or even give us some money back for our custom I have already booked to be honest for Cyprus next year.
