Never Booked Holiday through love…

Never Booked Holiday through love holidays.Reason.1. They are not ABTA protected. Your booking is not protected.2. We have booked Tour for 10 nights Dubai and hotels was only booked for 9 nights so we had suffer almost 10 hours and need bare additional cost.3. Wrong advertisement of Hotel and it's facilities. Hotel was not hygienic, Cockroaches were in the room, kitchen and Bathroom, Bed bugs in the bed, Pool shower was not working, Gym was out of order, Steam room was not working. we have paid so much money for good hotel but we have not same service and facilities received. 4. I have tried to resolve the problem but they are not listening. We had loss of Enjoyment, financial loss and mental and emotional stress.5. I am taking this matter further until I got compensation.

Booked a holiday with loveholidays

Booked a holiday with loveholidays, everything was going well, until I had a family emergency, and had to rebook my holiday. Loveholidays wanted to charge me more than double the cost of my initial booking I paid to amend to a different date. When the difference to was only a few £100 more than what I initially paid. Unfortunately, they were not flexible or accommodating to me as the customer. I knew I had to pay the difference but they wanted to charge me more than double the amount I paid for my initial holiday booked. I honestly feel that is very unreasonable because I did try to rebook more than recommended time frame to cancel or amend booking. This is honestly not fair. I paid the full amount for my holiday and all I needed to do was rebook due to unforeseen circumstances and it was like booking another holiday from scratch plus what I had already paid.

Booking process was straightforward. App is informative, accessible and useful.Staff at hotel were friendly, hospitable and energetic. We retruned to our room one day and one of the cleaners took the time to sculpt 2 of my scarves into a heart shape while cleaning. Thoughtful touch.

A Nightmare Holiday Start: Contractual Breach & Total Disregard for Passenger Welfare - AVOID!

UPDATE 18/11/25!!!!!!!Despite being asked to send in evidence and my complaint being reviewed, I still got the same email template back!!!! (Not their problem)Why would anyone use LoveHolidays if I have to do everything myself!!!!!LoveHolidays failed spectacularly in the provision of a contracted package holiday, resulting in a severe, compounded delay, the complete failure of ground services (pre-paid transfer), significant financial loss, and critically, a serious health relapse for my wife due to prolonged stress and uncertainty. Their final response shows a complete failure to acknowledge their legal liability under the Package Travel Regulations (PTR 2018).Key Failures & Impact * Severe 8+ Hour Delay & Missed Connection: The initial flight delay (QR4, LHR to DOH) caused us to miss our connecting flight, resulting in an eight-hour delay and the loss of the first full day of our pre-paid holiday package. * Contractual Failure of Ground Services: Upon finally arriving in Dubai, the pre-paid private transfer, a core component of the package, was non-existent. Due to being stranded in Doha earlier, my phone roaming hit its limit, preventing critical contact. I was forced to pay for expensive alternative transport out-of-pocket, despite having already paid LoveHolidays for the service.LoveHolidays sent a final response that was a complete dismissal, refusing to address any of the contractual issues raised and wrongly trying to deflect all responsibility to the Airline.LoveHolidays is strictly liable for the non-performance of all services in the package, including the missed accommodation and the failed private transfer, regardless of which third-party supplier was initially at fault.I strongly advise all potential customers to avoid LoveHolidays if you value your holiday and require a company that takes responsibility when things inevitably go wrong.

No Support After the Trip

No Support After the TripI booked my trip here because my brother recommended it to me. Everything went smoothly with the installment payments and the booking process. Unfortunately, we had so many problems during our holiday at the resort, and on the return flight our luggage was damaged — many of our belongings were broken inside.We received no help from Loveholidays, no compensation, and what we wanted most was for them to investigate everything, because our resort was not a 5-star resort as advertised. I feel deceived. I saved for a whole year, and my holiday turned into a nightmare.I have already reported everything to MITUR and will take all necessary legal action because this resort is a danger for families with children.

Just be aware transfer from Bodrum…

Just be aware transfer from Bodrum airport to Kusadasi takes over 2 hours not 40 minutes as described on Loveholidays website. Room much more smaller than seen on the pictures too. Rest was ok.

Won't be booking again

After a 4.5 hour delay arriving at our hotel in Side, Turkey, we got to our room at 4am. Just after 10am we got a call from the local rep asking us if we were coming to the welcome meeting. We were still dog tired, plus we had been to the area several times before, so declined. We then received several messages on WhatsApp requesting we attend the meeting. When we politely declined, and said that we would be in touch if we needed anything, we got a message from the rep, and I quote - "I am reporting you to the operation as not coming to the meeting. From now on, your entire holiday, including your return transfer, is your responsibility". We had booked our own private transfers, so nothing to do with Love Holidays & this rep, which they clearly didn't know / check. This was on my birthday too! If you book Love Holidays and don't want to attend the Welcome meeting, be prepared to be harassed. Have reported to Love Holidays, but they took the side of the local agency. Won't be using them again.
