Everything went wrong from the beginning , after booking our Christmas break ,we wanted to amend dates as we were unable to commit to the original ones , we then were told we cannot cancel as we will have to pay hefty flight charges , as those are non refundable, and were the highest cost in the package of £1,000 ,we were shocked to learn that there is no grace period like 24hours where you could potentially cancel .Yes there are terms and conditions , but they are not in your face to read before you proceed with booking .So we were advised we can change dates etc , so we started looking into changing the dates , however staff was not very helpful , uninterested ,every single date was a no , after dealing with that for a week now we are completely put off going at all .Its unbelievable how once you book you are trapped and get no proper service and aftercare .We are dreading what's going to happen when were away , as after what we have experienced trying to sort this out and have not been supported ,we doubt there will be anyone helping us in an emergency whilst away ! We have no faith in that company and our holiday has been ruined even before going on it .
We arrived at our hotel at 12:30 a.m, only to find that the room assigned to us was completely uninhabitable. With no alternative rooms available, we were left stranded. Despite repeatedly contacting Love Holidays, who claim to offer 24-hour support we received no assistance whatsoever. As a result, we were forced to sit in the hotel reception until 7:30 a.m, when a suitable room was finally provided. The promise of round-the-clock support was clearly not upheld.
