It was our second time booking but it was a nightmare because for whatever reason my access to the website was blocked and I had to do all on mobile, was very uneasy and no one ever replied from the customer support, the deal itself was OK and we got good value for money but I am worried if something goes wrong on holidays, no one will reply either ..
WORST experience booking a holiday I've ever had and it's still not sorted. Booked three rooms and flights for my family then just after needed to add one more person into one of the rooms already booked, sounds simple, however love holidays claim to be able to AMEND the booking but I now know it speaks to their supplier and the booking is effectively CANCELLED then subject to new pricing and availability 😡We had our room types changed and had a £300 variation on cost within a few minutes of trying to confirm this.I have spent the last couple of weeks trying to get a room type sorted as it's not suitable for a family if basically adults to be in the same space, while waiting on two possible options to be advised the first option changed and was offered as changing all our rooms to a LOWER standard and charging us an extra £700 for this😡Love holidays may have things hidden in terms and conditions but BEWARE they say AMENDMENTS but it's actually CANCELLED.
Hotel was great but shuttle transfer service arranged by love holidays from airport was terrible. It took over one hour to turn up at airport, then did about 15 hotel drops before us, so it took over one hour to get to our hotel on top of one hour wait, when it is only a 15 minute drive from the airport.These delays were not made clear when making the booking. When I told love holidays this they refused to offer compensation. I would advise private taxi and not shuttle bus arranged by love holidays.
Love Holidays.Never book with this company again absolutely unless. All they are interested in is your money. Don't give them the time and the day. Love Holiday more like Love Hell. Booked with them on 1st November 2025, still awaiting to receive a booking reference number (20 days in), absolutely outrageous. Customer services are unless.
