Awful response to a guest related issue. Very unprofessional and condescending. A fellow racist guest from Germany assaulted my 9 year old by smacking him in their estaurant. Her way of discipline someone's else's child! Animalistic and disgusting as this is but so was the response from the hotel. A total let down, did nothing to help the situation. In fact the restaurant manager even defended the behaviour and said it was probably deserved!! I called the police myself and gave a statement. I was dissuaded from pursing legal action. Contacted my holiday provider who after multiple attempts failed to get to a resolution. Will never stay with Grand park lara again and encourage everyone to look beyond. A holiday totally ruined. Thanks.
On arriving at my hotel at 03:30 local time I was informed that i had no reservation! Didn't get into my room until 04:00am and at times I felt the receptionist would sooner have seen me sleep on the beach. Oh and the pool was empty!
