They keep asking me for money that I've already payed for...

They keep sending me an amount of 100 pound to pay about my Vodafone account, which I ended already and payed everything already two years ago as I called Vodafone by myself. Plus I left the country so, stop annoying me with this bu*lshit. I won't pay any penny of it as I already did. Leave me alone

False Promises

I had dealings with this company in December 2020 as I was informed by my CRA file that this company had placed a default on my file. I made first contact with this company who informed me that I had owed some money from a previous address, I initially highlighted I hadn’t received any correspondence whatsoever ie Notice of Assignment / Notice of Default or any attempt to contact me even though they had my details etc and we began what was a negotiation/ investigation. I said out of goodwill I will pay the full amount right away and the advisor said they would have the default removed as the fault laid with the company due to non attempt of contact on their behalf including no Notice of Assignment being sent to me. It seemed they couldn’t of been more helpful or nicer and were very thorough at this stage. I was actual glad I made first contact with them.I paid in full right away as promised and waited the couple of months I was told to wait to check my CRA file again, to my surprise the default was still there. I immediately contacted the company again and they opened an investigation with a specific male advisor (can’t remember his name) who took 8 weeks to investigate then returned to me and assured me the default would be 100% be removed. After a while I contacted them again and was told another investigation would take place then they’d get back to me . I even received a few letters stating about the investigation. Until this day the default is still not removed.I have now sadly came to the conclusion that this company would of said anything to me to get me to pay that day, even supplying false promises & outright lying. I am completely disappointed as I had thought Lowell had been extremely helpful at the start & it was all about me.***** Response to reply below *****I’m waiting on a reply to your email Catherine. It was actually Lowell whom registered the default on my CRA file and not the company it was bought from. This was verified by myself and the initial advisor whom I dealt with also stated to me it was Lowell. After cooperating & investigating the facts & evidence with the advisor he concluded the default would be removed as it was just registered & the main reason it would be removed was that the fault laid with the company due to non attempt of contact on their behalf including no Notice of Assignment being sent to me. if I paid in full; which I did promptly. Plus I even received an apology from the advisor for this which was graciously appreciated & accepted by me. Then when I was forced to make a 2nd contact due to it not being removed, another investigation had to be done to which I was again informed that the default would be removed for definite this time. To this day I am still waiting for this to happen, which is disappointing as I would of gave 5 stars for the service I initially received from Lowell

chasing a cleared debt and I have provided the evidence

sarcastic staff members that all they seem to care about is the money and not the facts. They have been chasing me for a debt that dose not exist because the company three wrote it off over two years ago. They said they contacted three but lowell would not provide me with the evince I requested instead I had to search every email account and contact all the company's in question just to prove the debt is wiped clean. Then the staff member said on the letter i received over two years ago how much dose it say has been wiped. Even though as i stated the letter from three said all the balance is clear. they will probably try and find other ways around getting the money from me because they have bought a debt that is none collectible. I now have stomach ulcers because of the stress caused by this company.!!!!!Update from lowell's reply I have had no direct message so have no clue what the staff member is talking about. I am fed up one of the staff members even said to me "who are the dispute resolution team" don't worry I am now speaking to the FSO you know who they are Don't you. Because I do not know what more evidence the company needs. I contacted them again for them to try and dodge it again by saying the account number dose not match no that is because its the phone number in question.!!!!!!!!
