One day they will have blood on their hands way they treat people

Disgusting, despicable and no real empathy to someone’s mental health, the damage this company has done to a man who was slapped with a CCJ during the pandemic and not received the paper work on it. The company who ruined my credit file with poor debts, no facts just bullied me, patronising responses and couldn’t careless the damage they have done to me as a person, I can’t buy a home or sell my home to better my life as Lowell prevented me getting a mortgage, I can’t work in the financial sector and go back to work as Lowell put a CCJ on me, they have now given the debts that neither o2 or Vanquis no about back, refuse to remove the CCJ and send smarmy gloating replies to what they have done to me. One day Lowell you will exposed to having blood on your hands way you treat people, reading trust pilot you are terrible company with bad practises, even reading you treat your staff badly. Thank you for ruining my life

These people bought an alleged debt…

These people bought an alleged debt from a discredited company {eon}. It is their legal obligation to pay for any debt which they have purchased, they are a third party interloper who have tried to harass me into accepting that I adopt their debt. The facts are these EON energy despite paying me compensation for a defective service that any normal person could reasonably expect produced a fictitious claim for a debt. I refuted, challenged and comprehensively denied their spurious claims. I made every effort to engage them with third parties including the Resolver forum, they did not, would not and could not refute my claims. I also took to Trustpilot to inform others of the facts, they did not, would not and could not challenge my account. Instead of owning up, they contrived to employ 4 debt collection agencies, all of which, every single one dropped attempts to purloin monies from me when they were made aware of the facts.Reduced to scrabbling in the dustpin, they sold the alleged debt to these people, I checked them out on YouTube, money saving expert forum and many others - horrific catalogue of sad tales. They lie about having an excellent trustpilot rating also, attempting to skirt deviously around their true reviews by no doubt claiming "subsidiaries of" These parasites need putting out of business.{Further to a reply from Lowell, I wish to state the following, their reply contained a lot of flannel, none of the issues I raised was addressed, none of the facts I stated were queried,since writing this review about them I have investigated further and note that this smokescreen is another ploy they use}

Can Lowell get any Lower?

This company has been harassing me for years, I have severe mental health problems and their unrelenting harrassment and bombardment of emails, text messages and letters, have almost pushed me over the edge a few times.Their inhumane and unsympathetic attitude to collecting debts from people is extremely dangerous and will one day end badly.I do not have any knowledge of the debt they are chasing me for, but according to them, it is something to do with 02. I have never had any dealings with 02 regarding my mobile phone. I have always dealt with EE, from the beginning when they were one2one, then T.Mobile before they became EE.I had told them this over and over again, but they are not listening.A despicable company that does not deserve the 1 star I have been forced to give them.

Debt Purchaser - Be Weary!!!

If Lowell Group (Lowell Portfolio I Ltd) has purchased an alleged debt and contacted you, mention to them: "As you are regulated by a Financial Conduct Authority licence, under CONC 13.1.6(8), you are obliged to confirm whether any alleged debt(s) is/are enforceable or unenforceable".If they say enforceable, they might send a copy of the original credit agreement, this of course will be terminated as they have bought any alleged debt(s). The Financial Conduct Authority prohibits Debt Collection Agency's from enforcing, or seeking to enforce a terminated credit agreement. All credit agreements become terminated upon sale.If they avoid answering, remind them again, and again, and again and if they fail to answer, this most likely will give the answer - unenforceable... you can politely request them to stop contacting you or you may litigate against them for harassment. Chances are they won't advise it's unenforceable as that will affect profits and their ability to claim.If they try to get it to court, request in any defence that the Executed Deed of Assignment is provided, this will highlight the actual purchase amount (eg. an alleged debt of £10,000 will have been purchased for around £600-1,000) and you can argue that it is unfair they are claiming X amount from you when they bought the alleged debt(s) for X amount, which will no doubt be quite a vast difference. Any judge may side with you for "unjustified enrichment".Stand your ground with this company, or any debt collection agencies. They have no legal right to attempt to harass you for extortion and blackmail.I successfully fought this company as they were unable to provide proof of claim, they then closed the account without reason and refused to correspond after this, which no doubt, highlights that they do not have any proof of claim in most cases.Don't let their threat letters worry you, remember the law is on your side and you just have to make sure you use it effectively and play them at their own game._____________________________________________Reply to Lowell Group:I will not be engaging in joinder with your company, due to the account now being recently closed.In terms of the other review, I suspect that you or your company probably flagged the review due it's content. I am currently liaising with Trustpilot to confirm it's a genuine review.I don't actually require any further assistance. I am assisting others to help them avoid any wrongdoing by companies who claim they are operating within the regulations, when they clearly are not and hopefully other can learn from these deliberate omissions.

I contacted Lowell Sols on behalf of my daughter and because it was not my debt the staff member would not advise me. I had asked about a settlement amount which had previously been mentioned possibly 2 years ago. She also has never had a breakdown of the credit card debt either which previously asked for. The interest and charges are double then the credit limit were. She has NEVER EVER missed a payment in 4 and half years but went to make her normal payment to learn that this person had transferred the account to Lowell's Finance. The guy she spoke to was so rude to her and obnoxious. Why did this happen without her knowledge

Two fraudulent accounts were opened…

Two fraudulent accounts were opened using my details which was passed to Lowell. I contacted Lowell about this and even provided evidence to support my claim such as proof other fraudulent accounts was opened (and proof they were ruled fraudulent and therefore closed) as well as proof I wasn’t living at the address where the fraudulent account was opened at the time. I keep being told the “account(s)” and “balance(s)” are “valid and owing” so Lowell are no help at all. When I contacted Three they stated it was now closed and they even removed the default from my credit file, so I don’t know why Lowell took over and placed this “ruining” defaults on my credit file unfairly stopping me getting credit. I would of gave a 5* review if they helped to remove this default but unfortunately they are standing by their decision to not remove it. I understand they bought the debt and now want their money but it’s not fair on me to pay a debt which isn’t mine and have a unfair default for being a victim of identity fraud

The company and pay was good

The company and pay was good. A lot of senior staff were quite terrible to name a few. I ended up leaving because I had no choice due to a senior member of staff having a problem with me even though I was at the company longer than her. I mean just because you’re a CCM doesn’t mean you get permission to be a tw*t but whatever Danielle….

Lowell have received a substantial…

Lowell have received a substantial amount of evidence from myself, stating that the debts they are reporting are incorrect, the debts were built up by my ex partner, in my name during a domestic violence relationship. I have crime reference numbers to prove this also so this has been reported.Lowell have received all evidence, whilst agreeing with the evidence and closing the accounts, they are still refusing to remove the defaults despite all accepted evidence proving these debts do not belong to me
