This company is absolutely disgusting! A fraudulent debt that was sold to them by Three Mobile in my name, after a fraudster has made my life absolute hell for the past two and a half years. I have sent the proof over that has been requested by Lowell, I sent on the 16th May, I then phoned for an update at the end of May, to be told by the advisor to ring back mid June as the e-mail team was behind! I have rang back today to say that they have not even received my e-mail, why was I not told this at the end of May! I have been refused a mortgage renewal because of this fraud on my credit report. IT IS NOT MINE, vile, disgusting company! If you want to try and help me, my reference is 469533830, please find my e-mail and help this nightmare to end for me! I am partially deaf so response by e-mail is desirable.
Lowell are nothing but legalised robbers who prey on the vulnerable. They are trying to get money out of me for an old mobile phone i had 5 years ago with sky and claiming I owe £1100 which i have sent screenshots of this being paid off and settled. They offer bully boy tactics so I sent a stern email to not harass me. They should not be allowed to operate in this country and should be struck off as a debt collector or whoever they are. They are a bunch of mugs if they think I'm paying it when it's already cleared.
Harassment for money from a former property, which the energy supplier dont exist no more (SSE) 😂😂Absolute muppets. Wont be paying so so dont bother messaging to say contact you,cause it aint happening. A debt more than 6 years goes barred statute in the uk anyway. 😊😁
They contacted me for a debt they said my son has…which he doesn’t. I explained he is in a medical facility until June 12th. They wanted me to give them the reason he is in there.I told them I had no idea who they were so I would not me disclosing my sons medical records to them as they have no right to that information.If they want more information they can take me to court!!
their site never works. Tried couple months ago to update my payment plan. couldn't do it due to errors on their site. Tried now, same thing. life chat won't fix the problem aswell. What kind of excuse do you have for this kind of incompetence?
Constantly keep sending me out letters email me all the time but since removed my email address asking me for my new email well that's never gonna happen chasing me for a debt with shop direct which is either Littleworths or very but unfortunately the debt was paid back in 2023 when my partner died from cancer so I paid my debts off I mean I owe nothing to anybody now they are trying to con me it to paying the same debt again anyway my accounts were closed down after receiving my final payments it was to late 2024 received a overpayment on both shop direct accounts giving me a cheque for under £2.00 each very laughable and the account was closed down so I can't understand how my debt had been passed on when payments were received and finalised , lowell must be trying to chase old debts not knowing they are no longer active scamming people of all ages for debts never owed pathetic when asked for proof they aint got non anyway if a debt is over 6 yrs they can't legally force you to pay
Under Lowell’s license they are supposed to treat people fairly yet they harass you no end.Despite asking them for proof of debt several times they have never provided it yet they continue to harass me.They have also stolen my data and passed it on a clear breach of GDPR.Unless you have a signed credit agreement you are liable for nothing they are just scammers hoping people will pay.I have told them if they harass me again I will start charging them.They have unlawfully put defaults on my credit file which I am getting removed.So watch out, do your research and put the power in your hands
More threatening letters chasing a 9 year old talk talk debt I have nothing to do with.spoken over on the phone by someone stating they are a lawyer so breaking quite a few laws and reported to the relevant authorities.i now have a recording of this call and the lies told by your staff member.i have never admitted to any debt with talk talk and is statue barred as no ccj for this debt and you have not contacted the county court to get this extended.a quick check shows you are doing this a lot lately after buying up lots of debts.i have also lodged a complaint with Devon and Cornwall police for harassment and trying to obtain money by menace.Bottom feeding company
Badgering me for a debt settled through an iva. Received letters all through the process despite my management company contacting them and still chasing now I've paid it off. I've accepted that they probably won't stop and I'll ignore them but I still get a nasty jolt of anxiety every time I get a letter . Making a living by putting people through stress and doubt is low and takes a special kind of souless rat. This company seems to be full of them.
