Review Time
This is the worst purchase ever. They are extremely heavy, you cannot hang anything with hangers if you want to zip closed. Only held one pair of shoes and took up half the space inside. It does not do anything like it claims to do. Also, these fell apart first day of our trip and the company would not do anything but offer 12.00 to repair them. I needed a replacement. The one had a side that completely ripped. We had to purchase other luggage to get thru the trip! When we returned I asked for a full refund. Was told to send them back to china! When I asked for the address they claimed it was beyond the 90 days and offered 15% back on the purchase. These are absolutely junk. Oh and they smelled extremely moldy when received. Just junk! Don’t fall for the huge price tag and scam advertising!
So i had my credit card cancel the payment since the bags never were shipped. Then, all of a suddent i get a shipping notice from the company saying they reirdered them. I told them to cancel it as i already disputed the charge. They sent them anyways. I exoressed to them that I would like to return them because the bags smell horrendous. No matter what I do, i can’t get rid of the smell. They said i would have to return them at my cost to China! Plus pay a restocking fee of 20%. Do Not Buy from this company!!!
I like the look of the bag. I do feel the bag is of lower quality than I expected. Some of the zippers were sliding off track, or sticking. The bag is also much thinner than ai expected. I do like the creativity of the design, though I wasn't able to fit as much in the bag as some reviews indicated. I'm still glad I made the purchase and will use the bag.
DONT PURCHASE. BEWARE!!!Used bag once, zipper broke and so did a snap. Made cheap. Worked with company for six months to try and get bag replaced, thinking this was an isolated issue with this company. After six months, and promises of replacement, company says warranty on bag was not purchased. They won’t replace or refund. Took over 6 months for this decision to be made by them.
Buyer beware. I had only seen the good reviews and the concept is great, however what you see is not what you get. I guess I'm lucky I got the bags at all, but they weren't the colors I ordered form the website. I ordered black and got this hideous two tone. The material is very poor quality, I doubt I'll even get one full se out of it. And like others have commented they smell bad. I reached out for a refund because they promise a money back guarantee, but fine print, only if you eat the shipping cost back to Chine. So they gave 15% discount, which has yet to show up on my card (probably won't). Don't make this mistake, Do.Not.Order!
When I received the product, I don’t really like the bag because the zipper doesn’t close completely and the roller is not that stable. The tricky part, when I requested a return, they said I have to send it back to China plus I have to pay re-stocking fees. The cost to mail the product to address provided by them is half of the total cost I paid for the bag. Basically you would only get less than half of the total purchase if your return is successful. I would not recommend this product unless you really know you will like it.
