Review Time
I bought the bags for graduation gifts for two Senior girls graduation in the spring from high School. One is going into the medical field and the other one is planning to be a missionary. So they will be doing some traveling. I want them to have the best bags possible without having to pay an arm and a leg for their luggage in air ports.
The concept is good, but the execution was lacking. The material is cheap-looking and kind of cheesy. I was afraid the zippers would break, and was very afraid if the airline forced carry-on to be checked--there was no way that bag would stay closed, and the zippers would not bust open with the way bags are thrown about. It did not save that much space. Some yes, but not enough for the price and risk of the material ripping/zipper busting.
I am very disappointed in the company. I ordered on October 2 and received the make up bag within days. The actual travel bag that I needed for a trip on October 23 has yet to arrive. Every time I asked for where it was in transit I was told they couldn’t tell me and just gave me tracking information which displayed nothing. Then on October 24 the tracking number says it is departing origin facility. I would not order from this company. It’s been a complete waste of time and money. I will be returning as soon as I receive it. If that ever happens.
Bag broke after a few uses and when I reached out to them, I also realized they had charged my credit card three times. I inquired about this and the broken bag and got endless runaround. I've given up with them and filed a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the BBB (they're not BBB accredited, which I now wish I had checked on before buying anything with them). They're awful, do not give them your credit card info.
I waited almost two months to receive the two bags that I ordered with wheels, which they call rollers. I never received the rollers. I finally after a month and a half of receiving the bag, I finally received only one set of rollers. Every time I email, they want pictures. I have sent 5 set of pictures of the same thing. two bags without rollers! I also ordered a cosmetic bag which was about 25- 30.00. I was very thin and the zipper has started to come apart after one use. They want me to send bak to china at my own expense to get my money back. I NEVER would have ordered if I knew it shipped out of country.
We travel with the bag. It was nice. It held a lot of things. The problem was trying to pack shoes. And trying to make sure that the zipper didn't come apart, it did scratch up a bit on the leather and I had to check it. The trolley wheel glider cart was flimsy which was lost, The strap to hold it was flimsy also so I wouldn't get another one. To be honest I would have did better off with a regular suitcase.
