BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE - this is a total rip off and returning costs more than the bag. I got this bag with high hopes of easing a trip to help my sister after heart surgery. I put less than half what they show in, and I could not fit in the wheels - and you have to to have it count as carryon. I put in one pair of shoes, a small bath bag (8 inches by 3 inches by 4 inches), 3 hang up blouses, 3 long sleeved t-shirts, 3 short sleeved t-shirt, 2 pairs pants, 5 pairs bikini underwear and 5 pairs socks tucked into the boots. that is not 2 weeks of clothing! I could barely shut it with those items in it, and had to take most of them ot to get the wheel contraption in. RETURNING - BALONEY, it would cost $178 to send it back, and then they take 20% restocking fee - at that point you have paid more than twice for something useless.

So Excited!!!!!!

I haven’t traveled with it yet, as I just received it, but I am so excited to use this bag!!! It’s so pretty in pink, and it can hold so much, compactly. My 15 year old daughter already wants to steal it for herself!

so impressed I ordered 5 more as presents

My bags arrived timely and I was very impressed with the quality of the 2 bags,so much so I ordered 5 more as Christmas presents. The bags are very sturdy but soft to the touch. I can't wait to see the faces of my sons and their families when they open them.

Poor customer service

Ordered a bag for a trip, was really excited, the bag was shipped to the incorrect address. I tried to change the address with them and Ups. No luck. The bag is now lost and they refuse to work with ups to initiate tracking. 6 emails stating ups will only work with the shipper. Now they want to charge me more shipping to send it again instead of working with UPS. I am asking for a refund. Bad cs =bad product.

Poor company and service won’t buy from you again. I never received my order.

I ordered the buy one get one October 13. I never received my order. The tracking system is not user friendly. I feel like I have duped. I should have gone another way. I won’t be using you again

Nice bag

Recovery from first shipment with missing zipper on one side was good. We did have to contact 3 times but then received new bag in perfect condition. Great bag. Holds alot. Very stylish too.

I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER 10 TIMES ALWAYS A ANSWERING MACHINE NEVER CALL BACK USED THE BAG ONCE. SIDE OF BAG WITH HANDLE RIPPED AND THE SNAPS WERE MISSING WHEN I GOT THE BAG. TOTAL SCAM.CAN GET BAG ALOT CHEAPER ON OTHER SITES I FOUND OUT

This company knows how to make packing easy! The quality on their bags is excellent. The zippers are strong and reliable. Get the wheeled bag as it can be heavy depending on what you packed. Easy to order, quick to arrive.

I ordered this bag on 10-8 and it’s now…

I ordered this bag on 10-8 and it’s now 11-21. Still haven’t received it. They sent me a bogus tracking number that their shipping company can’t find. Or maybe they created a label and then let it sit in a warehouse because after numerous calls to the shipping company (which is just a computer) they can’t find anything shipped. There is no tracking on the number. They say their cancellation policy is 6 Hours. Yes. Hours. Do not order from this company. Absolutely terrible.

I love this bag

I love this bag! For one the color is beautiful and it's true to the advertizing. It came packaged securly in a sealed ziplock bag. I love all the additional compartments for toiletries. jewelry and shoes. It's very versatile. Can't wait to try it out on my upcoming trip.
