Christmas gift that keeps giving

My daughter gave me this for Christmas after I complained about a $95 baggage fee on my holiday flight home. "Mom, you're exactly who airlines target," she said. I thought she was being dramatic but she was right! Used it four times since Christmas and saved over $300 in fees. Best practical gift I've ever received. Keeps saving me money every trip.

Zipper Fiasco

I was going to use the bag for a 2nd time for a 3 day trip. Not full at all. Uber arrived and I zipped the bag and the zipper broke. I emailed LUHXE and the said they would give me 20% to pay for the zipper and I never heard from them again.

Scam! Don't Buy!

I was disappointed that the site I purchased 2 bags from, mentions quickly switching from carrying the bag to rolling wheels. This isn't the case. To have a bag that rolls you must purchase the bag with the flap that holds the detachable wheels, then you have to buy the detachable wheels, which are extremely low quality. I found this out from a different website of theirs. They seem to have several sites, all with different bags, colors, acceceries, prices and discounts. I contacted customer service to return the bags, and got the usual offer of a discount to keep the bags, I declined, they came back with a slightly larger discount, I again declined. Now I'm supposed to pay to ship them overseas, a $9.95 fee, a 20% restocking fee, then it will take several weeks AFTER they receive them and inspect them, for me to get my money, well some of it anyway. Returns are to be sent overseas, also not mentioned, which is surprising when my package was shipped from the United States. I definitely regret making this purchase, I am out almost $200 for bags that are absolutely not what I thought I was ordering. These scammers strike again. I will be contacting the BBB, unfortunately they will just open under a different name and keep on scamming people.

I wish I had never purchased this…

I wish I had never purchased this luggage! Not only one but two. One for me and the other for my daughter. I absolutely despise this product and my daughter didn’t even use hers as she couldn’t fit her things. You have to strategically pack items perfectly for proper fit. Then getting it to close is a nightmare. I’m resting now from trying to get mine closed. I’ll work at it some more later. Also the wheels are only two that turn and it is a piece of crap too. All it does is fall over. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EXPENSIVE PIECEMine will most likely be burnt when I return home. A REFUND WOULD BE GREAT
