I would honestly write a negative 10 if I could. I would attach a picture if I actually got my bag. These guys uses a very shady delivery company that delivered my package on the wrong damn day than what they promised, and of course it arrived an hour before I got home because I have a job and had already plan to be home early on the delivery date that they promised. It was probably stolen, but I thought that any decent brand would help out in this case because this kind of thing happens all the time now a days. I had paid for the unlimited replacement package as well so figured let’s just use that and call it a day. TOTAL scam alert. The company is stone walling me and not letting me use my paid for insurance policy. They have been making me jump through hoops for days with no luck. My thoughts and prayers to anyone who foolishly takes the plunge and tries to buy from these scam artists. 0 stars for price, 0 stars for quality, 0 stars for customer service. This is honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT buy.
This bag is all that and then some! I hung 9 outfits in the suit portion, then packed a weeks worth of undergarments, 3 pair of jeans, 4 shirts, 3 pair of shoes, a heavy sweatshirt and all my toiletries including make up, hair dryer, straightener etc. Best decision I ever made in regards to luggage.
I purchased two bags in July. The bags received looked like cheap plastic knockoff. Used one of the bags on a short trip and the plastic fabric ripped. Tried to return and was offered 20% refund only or send them back to China. I am now stuck with two worthless bags and out 300 dollars.
This is a scam. The product is from China and they it is a hoax to get your payment and not to deliver the product nor refund your money.I ordered the bag in 07/14/2025. They immediately deducted the full price of the bag from my account.When the bag had not arrived by August 3rd, I contacted their support team and followed up 6 more times.They claimed in numerous communications they would refund my money. Today, two months later, they claimed they are not refunding my money because I put the wrong delivery address and they are not responsible.
I love the soft material the bag is constructed from. However the portion of material that holds the roller, I feel could have been a little longer as well as the platform of the roller that the bag fits on. I know the roller is made to store easily, however, I would prefer 4 360 rotating casters verses just the two wheels. It was difficult maneuvering my fully packed back through the airport, up and down escalators. and it felt like it would shift off of the trolly it was sitting on. Other than my minor preferences, I enjoyed the bags storage capacity. I was able to purchase additional clothing items on my trip and still fit them inside a full bag.
I purchased this bag in the black and Brown for myself and my daughter. We traveled earlier this month and had no trouble at all! In fact we had to change planes twice on two different airlines and has no issues at all! Thank you LUHXE!My only question is about the trolley wheels. I’m having trouble folding the tray up for storage. Seems to be stuck in the open position. Any suggestions?
