Scammers and thieves,Canceled an order with this company and have yet to get my CC refund after 6 weeks of empty promises, missed deadlines and scammy behavior. Have started a dispute process w my CC company, but still no refund. Do not buy from this company.

Luhxe cares when Samsonite doesn't give a shit

My $400 Samsonite broke after 6 months and their "warranty" was a joke - wanted me to ship it back on MY dime for a "evaluation" that would take 6-8 weeks. Screw that! Bought this Luhxe bag instead and when I mentioned my Samsonite disaster in my order notes, they included a handwritten note saying "we're sorry other companies let you down." That's customer service! Samsonite lost a customer and Luhxe gained one.

Very pleasant and helpful

The representative I was dealing with was very helpful and went out of their way to assist me with missing items. In the end, I received all my items that I ordered.

Do not buy this bag

Spent over $309 on two of these bags. Did not get everything was supposed to come with the bags. Called customer service, was told to send pictures and receipts and they still end up telling me, we can not send you the missing items after the original items have shipped but here is 15% off your next order. Then after the first trip with this bag, the bag ripped. Piece of junk! Why would I buy anything else from this brand?? Their customer service is horrible and I wasted over $300.

Luhxe stepped up when Amazon let me down

Ordered a "similar" bag on Amazon that was clearly a cheap knockoff. Amazon's return process was a nightmare - wanted me to print labels, find a UPS store, wait for refunds. Horrible experience! Decided to invest in the real thing from Luhxe and they made it so easy. Clear website, honest photos, fast shipping. After Amazon's garbage customer experience, Luhxe felt like luxury service. Sometimes you get what you pay for!

DO NOT BUY THE BAG!!!

DO NOT BUY THE BAG!!!! I got a bag and spent $250, when it finally arrived (a month later, after the trip I bought it for), it was defective. Whenever you zipped it the zipper immediately came undone behind it. I started a return that took 2 weeks of back and forth emails and cost me $85 to ship as they are located in China. I was then told they did not receive the bag and once they did they would process my refund. I explained that I returned it to the address provided and they just repeated themselves. The WORST customer experience ever! Plus now I am out $335, because of the shipping cost with no bag or refund. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT BUY FROM LUHXE!!!!
