Battery life nowhere near what they advertise

The dog collar took ages to arrive, thought it was coming from UK but it was being shipped from China. Charged it up and disappointed the light dims after two or three short walks (15 minute per walk) emailed but it came back undelivered. Tried replying to the email they send out from UK, no reply. Poor service, would not buy again, avoid

Very happy with this product

Very happy with this product, bought for Christmas presents. Recipient’s were happy with them. Only thing I didn’t like, I thought I was buying from a local business, as that was how I read t. It in fact came from China.

Excellent head torch

Excellent head torch, but disappointed that they did not arrive as quickly as advertised, as 3 of 5 ordered were for Christmas presents. Recipients were delighted. Hope they last well.

The light is fantastic

The light is fantastic - a present for my husband and he didn't complain about it (a Christmas miracle). It would have been a five star review but I wanted it for Christmas and it didn't arrive in time. It was relatively quick delivery, considering it came from China, however I'd assumed it was UK despatch when I ordered it. I delivery timescale should have been made clear.
