Ordered 2 and assumed arrival would be fast as company has UK in name . Realised after tracking that they were coming from China. Was concerned I may have made a mistake in ordering but had a response to an email to say the shipment had been delayed but then they arrived 2 days later . Husband and son both delighted .
The lights themselves are fab! And delivery quite fast considering they’re coming from China. However, can’t say the same for your marketing - the advertising I saw was aimed at Christmas shoppers AND these would have been great stocking fillers! Nowhere was there mention of where the item was shipping from and I saw this marketing right up till Christmas, pretty misleading business model. No complaints re the product which arrived 27th.
I bought two lights for my husband as an extra Christmas present. He absolutely loved them! They are lightweight and very bright and just as advertised. It has a great feature of being able to charge the lights instead of having to keep buying batteries like his previous head torches. Unfortunately, they were not delivered until after Christmas which was disappointing.
Awful company - their name is LuxeLightUK but their website doesn’t tell you it’s shipped from China until you get your tracking details. The express U.K. delivery is nonsense - I ordered mine as a Christmas gift and it’s not arrived. Their customer service email gives generic copy and paste answers that do not actually answer the questions you ask. I emailed twice and got the same email back. Avoid
