Ordered the head torch as a Christmas present. It worked initially, but when trying to re-charge for the first time, it would not recharge. Contacted Luxelight and they advised that because it is outside of their one month return policy they will do nothing, even though it is faulty. They have no warranty protection. Be very wary of buying from this company! If anything breaks after one month, you are buggered !
Would give zero stars if possible.Avoid this company. Products are dangerous and not fit for purpose. We purchased a light up dog collar for our dog. On the very first use the collar came about at the clasp. When we tried it ourselves we found it very easy to pull open at clasp with our hands with little effort. We contacted the company and even sent a video showing how easy the clasp came apart. All we got back was some sarcastic email and no offer of refund or apology. We will now be reporting this to trading standards. Avoid this company and all its products. Scam company.
Scammers. Ordered a light as a Christmas gift for someone - and here we are in mid January and still nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed several times - once to be told it was on its way but delayed, a second time to be told that the address I provided was wrong (it wasn’t) and a third time to be told to contact Royal Mail myself (only to then be told that they don’t have the parcel.) Awful. Avoid at all costs
Delivery time was outrageous , taking almost a month to turn up.After using the head torch for less than 3 week the battery life is terrible. Not holding its charge at all. Spoke to the company and they refused to do anything about it due to it being over a month since the delivery date. I'd just avoid and find a similar head torch, plenty on the market and most of them aren't from China like this one.
