Review Time
As a long standing user of headtorchs in my job and hobbies. I was a bit sceptical at first but ordered 2 any way. How I was surprised !! not great for distance but for working or walking about after dark I haven't found better, well not for the price anyway. My only negative was the postage was a little slow. I will with out doubt be buying more and recommending to friends
I can’t speak highly enough of Phoebe, one of the two light up dog collars was switching itself off after a few mins when our dog was wearing it, other was perfectly fine, contacted them after Xmas and pictures sent in as requested, they emailed to let me know what was happening, and a new one arrived in post yesterday, I can’t fault their customer service at all, thanks again Dee
I placed my order on 30/11/24 and it only arrived 6 weeks later on 13/01/25. For express UK delivery, this is not acceptable. However, when I have chased up my order, the customer services for the company have been quick to reply and helpful with their updates. I am also very happy (so far) with the quality of the product I have received.
