I don't believe how this company is getting away with the way you have to sign up for a membership .costing 8.99 a month .when you order of their website .no way is that explained clearly .I wondered what on earth it was coming out of my account .luckily I've cancelled it and only lost one payment off 8.99 .I wished I'd read the reviews before I'd ordered .because didn't get the item that much cheaper with adding postage ..what an absolute con ..what ever you do don't order off this website .

This is one of the fraudulent company operating in the UK. Please don't visit their website or buy their product. Please stay clear. Buying their product is a trap because the price will look cheap but you may end up paying £9 monthly for a long time before you detect it in your bank statement.

I bought an aftershave from them which…

I bought an aftershave from them which had a big chip out of the side of it when received but I decided to keep it as it was hassle to send it back. Then a few days later I noticed £8.99 had been taken from my bank account that I knew nothing about. I emailed them and eventually got a reply from them, I sent 2 replies asking what this was only to be told it was for a membership that again I knew nothing about. I asked for that to be cancelled and my £8.99 to be refunded only to be told it couldn’t be refunded as over the 14 days. If they had of replied to me earlier and told me this it would have been within their time. Last time I’ll be ordering from them

Got scammed for £65

The worst website and more than that the worst customer care service: I was made a member and was told will get my package within 2 days, it’s been more than 9 days, and I can’t even track my package, more than getting scammed of £65 pounds, the worst part there customer service, you write to them chat with them or email them, you are not getting any reply from anywhere. I’ve had a frustrating experience with that site. Many people encounter issues with unexpected memberships and difficult customer service, especially when it comes to online shopping. It's important to read the terms and conditions of course before making a purchase, but it can be frustrating when these practices aren't made clear upfront. Make it CLEAR for people and do your business properly and professionally!!!!!!!

Luxplus - I lost £80. doesnt bill you, just takes your money each month.

I agree with others - I did not notice £8.99 Luxplus were taking money each month. I lost £80. All other subscriptions I get an reminder email before they take money followed by confirmation they took money. Why does Luxplus not do this? We should get a bill even if it is digital email. It should be the law. It is obvious that they are taking advantage of customers and I cant understand why this is allowed. Luxplus is here to show us how bad the world of business is. Appalling. What would an online poll for people charged like this show - how many of us have been tricked by their lack of comms? Do not use this company. I forgot there was a trial and they shamefully did not remind me. Shame on you who own Luxplus.
