Hello you’ve just messaged me saying you want to see a video of the hair spray not spraying how can I show you a video that’s impossible now because I THREW THE HAIR SPRAY IN THE BIN because I was angry. What shall I do now? I have ordered another one. I’m hoping the same problem won’t happen again. 😒😒
Scammers ! They automatically charge you 8,99 a month and there’s no way of cancelling it they just keep charging you !! I cancelled my membership online on their website 2 months ago and payments still coming out from my Klarna ! There’s no way of speaking to anyone or deleting my information from their website !! I’ve tried to contact with nothing back Had enough now ! Please do not have the cheek to reply with the same rubbish you’ve put to everyone else ! Give me my money back and cancel my membership and then hopefully your company with cease to exist ! Stress that’s not needed you absolute scammers!
Started a trial and decided not to continue it as there went any brands that I wished to purchase from. Cancellation is a 3 part process of cancelling, explaining my reasoning, refusing discounts to stay etc. I recently had money taken for membership. I emailed to say that I had cancelled already and I wished for my member cancellation to be confirmed an a refund given. Refund refused. I’ll be claiming my money back plus leaving a bad review. Would not recommend. Great way to do business luxplus. Thank you for your reply Luxplus. You clearly did not read from the email sent or above that I have stated that I had cancelled the membership and this was reinstated without my knowledge or consent. Again, a wonderful example of your atrocious customer service. Clearly demonstrated by all of the complaints on here also.
This is a company that will rob you misleading memberships avoid avoid The replay from this company's customer service must be a copy and paste which I have received by email as well as on this site crap customer service not helpful in anyway AVOID AVOID AVOID
I would advise against visiting their website; it seems to be a fraudulent operation. I placed an order in January 2024, and since then, they have been charging me a monthly prescription fee of £8.99 without my knowledge, via my PayPal account.Now I am in desperate of trying to get my money back
