I bought two pairs of glasses, one pair was ok and the other wasn’t so I sent them back. Hmmm, return postage is only free if you use their label which has no tracking and no assurance that you have sent them. So as these glasses were £50, I paid for postage. £13.50! Well that was an expensive lesson in buying from Lux!
Great Experience Had. Been looking for some readers that stand out and I think I found them. I’m not usually a glasses wearer but I feel at ease wearing my new ones. Dare I say I look cool :-) Easy to navigate website, you can try the glasses with a camera too. That stood out to me as the site worked so simply for that. After choosing the glasses the rest was seamless. Notified throughout the delivery process and received my glasses on time. Works as it should, no issues. Thanks for everything, hope my review helps. I am very pleased with my purchase of 3 pairs of reading glasses. I have tried other 'premium' offerings and have found them lacking. Normally the lenses mark very easily or coatings start to wear off within just a few weeks. So far I have found Luxreaders to be well made with exceptional clarity of lenses.The delivery was quick and efficient too!
