Am somewhat disappointed. Ordered 3 pairs of reading glasses. One of the pairs in the order had a different magnification than the other 2 pairs. This was an error on my part. I immediately realised my error and emailed asking for the order to be changed. The email was never acknowledged and the glasses were all delivered - including the pair that are useless to me
The glasses I received are faulty. The frame is twisted so they do not sit properly on my face. I have emailed three times asking for another pair but have not received a reply. I did receive a request for a review! Following an email chat with Ida, I am pleased to say that another pair of glasses has been sent to me.

These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
