I admire the operator who assisted me…

I admire the operator who assisted me thru live chat for her patience and goodwill in helping me troubleshoot my lyca simcard problem. However I was not able to resolve my problem because the simcard is practically dead inactive so no matter how she guided me to look for the network operator it did not produce the desired result.
