Review Time
This is to change a former one star review as my item has now arrived and is beautiful. I have yet to give to my daughter but I’m sure she will love it. I was offered a replacement item as the original lamp I ordered had not arrived. Was also offered a 20% discount if I took the replacement. I accepted this as it was very similar however I do feel communication could have been a lot faster and clearer. If I had been told immediately that the original order was not available I could have chosen an alternative earlier and not missed her birthday. All turned out well in the end.
I am delighted with the quality and beauty of the unique ceramic plates, bowls and jugs that I have purchased through Maison Flaneur. Additionally, their customer service team is exceptional, responding quickly to resolve any questions or concerns.
AVOID. Order took a long time to arrive and was not fit for purpose and not what was advertised. Long wait for a reply from customer service - they don’t offer refunds despite the item being falsely advertised and £50. Really poor customer service. I took the issue up with my bank (as I see multiple other reviewers have), as soon as I did this, their attitude changed and they asked me to cancel it. Ultimately I have no refund and an overpriced non functional item. Whole process taken months. Do not order from this site.
