You never want to have to contact customer services however I had an issue with my order. I emailed and had a response from Ben who understood my issue and was absolutely fantastic at resolving it for me. He advised me when the item would be resent and also made sure to check in that it had been received, this put faith back in order from the . Thank you again for your help Ben.
Terrible service and you can't get hold of them. Order some lights over 8 weeks ago and still not arrived. They keep saying they are checking but nothing- no tracking order, no offer of resolution etc. Really dodgy and feels like a scam. Proceed with caution
