The products are decent, but the website is frustrating to use. The filters for searching products are completely broken. Any filters are removed when you navigate to the next page, making it impossible to use effectively. The web design is lacking for a company that should have this sorted out, especially given their pricing.
I had a great experience with this company! They were incredibly fast in answering all of my questions about the product, which made the whole process so much easier. Every interaction I had with them was respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in offering excellent service. I highly recommend them!
I ordered Six Finely decorated crystal glasses from Maison Flaneur and due to the poor package handling by the deliverers five of them arrived completely shattered.I subsequently reported the fact to the seller and they were so kind as to send me five replacement glasses with a sturdier packaging and they arrived in perfect condition.I find such kindness and availability so rare and attentive and I will certainly become one of their most faithful clients.Pier Filippo d’Acquarone
I ordered an item from Maison Flaneur at the start of October. At the start of November, I had to follow up to ask if they'd sent it as I had not received any tracking information. Their response was that they had "just noticed" that the order had not been logged in the system. After I asked to at least have the cost of my shipping refunded, they offered some compensation and we agreed to terms, and they said they'd mail my item.I still didn't receive a shipping notification, and then today I received an email that said they'd mailed it to the wrong client and so had to cancel my order. What kind of sense does that make?They're an absolute joke from start to finish, use their site to find beautiful things and then do your best to buy directly from the brands themselves. I'm sure when they're good, they're good, but signing your emails with a flower emoji doesn't actually create a good experience when your communication with customers is this awful.
I received a quick and friendly response to my inquiry about the beautiful Conical Pendant Light. I also appreciated that the cord could be adjusted to perfectly fit the height of my ceiling. I’m really looking forward to hanging it in my home soon!
The products on this site are beautiful ... I love it all! Having ordered some gorgeous wallpaper there was a mix up in the pricing but this was sorted very speedily and communication with team members at Maison Flaneur made the whole process very easy. I'm impressed! I'd recommend this site to any home loving soul who is excited by well curated interiors. Thank you
