If I could give no stars I would. I have never experienced customer service more obviously designed to make you lose the will to keep fighting in my life. If it weren’t for my credit card company I would be out of pocket over £300 because of the disreputable behaviour of this company. Avoid them at all costs. They knowingly sent me a faulty item and then admitted as much ONLY after I contacted them to let them know the light wasn’t working and to ask for help. They then informed me that they could give me no timeline on when a part to remedy the issue might be in stock and refused to provide assistance with return of the item even though they knowingly sent it out faulty. I had been saving up for this light for a long time and the awful way I have been treated by the company shows a deep disregard for people and their time/money. Truly the worst and most maddening customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Purchased a wedding gift for a friend in the US. There was an issue with the delivery service and the gift was returned to the shop. I emailed the company and they sent her a new gift, no questions asked. Shipping was very quick and she was very happy with her new platter! Everything here is soo cute!
I love my new sunne cushion azure from Maison Flaneur. The colour, design and quality are excellent. I received a great service and my individual requirements were met quickly and fairly. Delivery was as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase - it looks great. Very stylish.
I bought my Stoff cushion through Maison Flaneur. I love the colour, design and quality of the cushion which looks fantastic. It is individually made and is very eye catching. I had an excellent service, I was communicated with promptly and helped out with my individual requirements and treated kindly and fairly. Delivery was as expected. Very happy with my purchase.
Really bad customer service experience. I ordered a large table cloth last week and the store incorrectly sent me a small one. I reached out to MF to fix the issue and I have been getting drip fed questions to resolve the issue. The issue has gone on until the large table cloth has sold out so I am literally just trying to close out the problem and return the incorrect item. There is a 14 day returns period and I am getting no closer to closing this out. MF just need to confirm I can return the product (they don't have a straight forward returns process - you need to be approved) and provide address of where it needs to go. I also would expect that they would pay for the return label considering it is their mistake. Will not be using MF again after this experience. I even reached out to the company who provided the tablecloth directly to see if they could help but to no avail, I must continue this painful process with MF.

The dishes are sturdy and resistant to chipping, making them perfect for everyday use. I have three children, and they have put these dishes through the wringer, yet they still look as good as new! The fact that they are dishwasher safe saves me so much time after meals. It’s refreshing to support a brand that prioritizes sustainability without compromising on quality.
Exorbitant shipping costs for two tea towels which cost £22.0. They charged me over £60 to ship from USA. This is apparently a fixed rate regardless of weight. Within minutes I realised and tried to cancel the order. They refused and said I could return the goods but would not have shipping reimbursed. A very unhelpful company. I will never use them again.
