From Frustration to Amazement, Thanks to One Incredible Representative!

My experience went from completely frustrating to absolutely amazing. I purchased two 32-inch smart TVs and two 58-inch TVs, along with a microwave, a double-door fridge, three couches, and a carpet. Initially, the microwave was refunded, and the carpets and couches arrived, but the carpet was the wrong size. Then I received the two smaller TVs, which turned out to be standard displays instead of smart TVs, so I had to return them. I was informed that they were waiting for remotes for the larger TVs, and I waited a month, only to discover that those were also not smart TVs. I faced numerous challenges without much assistance, but then a wonderful representative contacted me. She was incredibly helpful, which led me to purchase two new, more expensive TVs elsewhere. My perspective has completely changed! I must say, if she ever leaves, I would reconsider shopping there again. I highly recommend others to visit because of her. To the rest of the team, I urge you to learn from her! She truly is a star! Thank you for your help!

My experience transformed from disappointing to exceptional. I purchased multiple items, including TVs, a microwave, a fridge, couches, and a carpet. Initially, I faced issues with wrong sizes and faulty products, leading to several refunds. After a frustrating month of waiting for remotes, I discovered that the larger TVs were also not smart. However, a representative named Lindiwe reached out and provided outstanding assistance, changing my perspective entirely. I ended up purchasing two more expensive TVs due to her help. If she ever leaves, I would reconsider shopping here again. I genuinely recommend visiting just because of her; the rest of the team should learn from her exemplary service!

Complete Confusion with Returns

I purchased a UPS trolley, and after three months it malfunctioned. The return process was challenging, and after a month, I received the item back still faulty. They collected it again but refused to refund due to a plug change. This excuse is unacceptable, and I am still awaiting a resolution regarding the replacement of this defective item. It has turned into a lengthy battle with no end in sight.

Many products are priced far too high. Before making a purchase, I recommend checking prices elsewhere, as they are often significantly cheaper. For example, a 24-pack was nearly double the cost compared to other stores.

Don't Bother with Membership
