Worst experience ever!!! The website is complete junk. It seems that you can place orders with items that are out of stock, no date for delivery. Bad traceability, it can be even in 100 years. And if the out of stock items are cancelled, you are charged 2%, so you pay for your nerves and lost of time.
Really good experience using Maltashopper for the 2nd order I made - ordered items from stock mid week, furniture came the following week, was notified a week beforehand of time and date of delivery, then the delivery driver updated me 30 mins before delivery. The deliverymen are always very helpful and always help me take my items up to my apartment with the lift. The customer care team is very helpful and answers queries at any time of day. Items are great and I will be using this company again and again!
