Dorothy was extremely helpful. She deserves a 5-star! The reason I gave a 4-star rating to the experience is that I would have preferred to find the items out of stock online rather than ordering and then finding out I had to wait weeks for their delivery.
Worst experience ever!!! The website is complete junk. You select an item and when you go to pay, it keeps on prompting you for a credit card even though you select different payment methods.If you navigate away from the shopping cart, good luck getting back to it. Also it seems that you can place orders with no items and can actually go to a payment screen where the amount is 0Euro! Completely unusable!
