The ordering process is easy. A visit to the Maltashopper offices to organise transport was dealt with very professionally. A phone call on theday of transport was answered cordially and the people involved were very helpful with determining the estimated delivery time. Two thumbs up.
Our product had been in the warehouse since October, we got it delivered in January.A delivery date was fixed in December, they were meant to come, which made me wait all day, however they were no show. Not a word, not a call, not an apology.After multiple calls to try and get it delivered, we finally got it. Let's not forget to mention that Maltashopper asked me to pay for a €30 delivery (as the delivery was meant to be a Saturday although they delivered it during the week), that they never refunded. This was the last time I ordered with Maltashopper.
