My first man crate was a diy gift. I had so much fun with it, I decided to give that fun to someone I care about. Tiffany in customer service made sure that gift was perfect. I had to wrap it in diabolical duck tape and can’t wait to watch the attempt to get it open. Thank you Tiffany.
I bought my son the engraved whiskey decanter for Christmas this year. I accidentally put my middle initial ( old man brain) on the bottle. In a panic, I called customer service to try and change the order. The customer service representative assured me that they would change the order or send out a new one. My son got the crate, opened it and discovered the decanter with the wrong initials. We had a good laugh about it. Later that afternoon he received the replacement decanter, with the correct initials. Even though this was my fault, Man Crates replaced the decanter at no additional cost. My son couldn't stop telling me how much he loves this gift. I will definitely buy from Man Crates again, not just because of the quality of their products, but also because of the awesome customer service. Thanks Man Crates for the awesome service and for making my secret Santa gift to my son so awesome.
Jennifer was a wonderful customer service experience. I had made significant changes to an order and she cheerfully and efficiently helped me. I was disconnected from their customer service survey by accident and I want people to know this is the best customer service I have had in years!!! I can't wait to hear from my gift recipients about the gifts as I think they will love them!
I was offered a 15% discount code through email. My order came to $239.00, I tried to apply the discount that was offered and all it would give me was $1.68 off my order. I sent 2 messages with my email and also tried the live chat and have received no response. I guess they have enough people ordering that they dont need my order. Oh well, their loss ! on to another company that actually cares!
I was unable to even make it through the order process for this company. I saw a great product and wanted to order 50 units. I was told that I had to switch back and forth between shopping cart and home pages 50 individual times. There is no place to add a order quantity. I called in and was told that I couldn't do a a volume order over the phone either. I was not asking for a discount. Just wanted a bunch of the item that I could give to my customers for Christmas. Terrible ordering process!
LOVE man crates so much! This will be my 4th time ordering gifts for the guys in my life. There is something for everyone. My husband and brother in law have loved their past crates. I love how there are always new crates to pick from abs the best add ons- so creative!!
I ordered Mancrates World Tour Jerky Crate for my son who is stationed overseas in the Military. He received the package in less than one week. He called to tell me how impressed he is at the amount of food that is included as well as the variety. This is a 5-star experience.
My husband. The guy who has everything. Ordered him the Whiskey Appreciation Crate for his 65th birthday, and he loved it! After receiving we picked up some nice quality whiskey to fill up the decanter. He says he really enjoyed opening the crate, too! Going to save it, add a couple of little hinges and he'll use it out in the shop!
