Have tried numerous times to draw my money. I'm a Vinted pro seller. I have over £1000 that I can't withdraw but can still pay for items from my connected bank account. I have repeatedly emailed Vinted. Repeatedly uploaded the various different correct documents to prove I'm a self employed sole trader and registered as such. I am going to report you to the HMRC as the money you are withholding the money that I was going to pay my tax bill.
Pending balance problems- unable to withdraw my money, money stuck in pending balance. We have not been provided an estimate on when we can expect the fix… why not? They should be providing customers with daily updates on status of the problem.An annoyed customer trying to be patient
If i will ask them if they r scammers? Ive sold item at some online service, but 2 weeks they dont send me money. Ive contact them, but they replayed, that this online service is not they parthner, really? Why in this case at my bank account they r mentioned as financial service by thom my money has been sent If i will ask that online service vinted and mangopay works together to steal money? All proof i have, and copy of both sides replay
Another PEP form. I have a small balance on Vinted. Was asked to upload my DL and then print off, sign and then send back as an image a PEP form to confirm I am not a politically exposed person in a high ranking position. Its £90 than i'm trying to get out of Vinted after selling a jacket!
I cannot verify vinted account as i have health issues which prevent me having a driving license and have additional that stops me every wanting a passport ,I paid 60 ,getting a UK id card ,but surprise surprise that dont accept in UK, although they are quiet happy to buy stuff without any verification
Every day they hold our money they make millions , I just advise everyone to make more videos about it and be vocal how Mangopay is scaming trough Vinted maybe one day some managers will realize that people are really pissed and don't want to use services that have this parasite in their payment method, I stopped using vinted and advise others to also show that people matters more than greedy scamming corporations .
